Shipping policy

SimpleObjectz ("we", "us") operates https://www.simpleobjectz.com ("Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms below. We intend to make both parties aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set expectations on our service.

General
Subject to stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but sometimes there may be a discrepancy in stock and we cannot fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance we will fulfill the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Cost
Free shipping within India is offered for all the orders when the order value is higher than or equal to INR 399. For orders from India below INR 399, there might be extra charges. Shipping costs are applied at checkout, based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items included in the order. Any shipping cost will be applied with the order.

If your item has a Cash-On-Delivery (COD) option, it will incur an extra cash handling fee.

Delivery Terms
4.1 Dispatch Time

All orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 days. Our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday during regular business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In such cases, we make efforts to minimize shipment delays.

4.2 Tracking Notifications

On dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can track the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates available from the shipping provider.

4.3 Transit Time Domestically

Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 4-7 days. However, due to various situations in the cities (Ex: lockdown, cyclone, rain.), these transit times differ.

4.4 Transit time Internationally

Currently our delivery operations only cover India as a region. We do NOT ship internationally.

4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded or Lost in transit

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us via info@simpleobjectz.com and after investigating the situation, SimpleObjectz reserves the right to decide if the order is eligible for refund or replacement.

4.6 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we can alter the address anytime before the order has been shipped. Please reach out to us at info@simpleobjectz.com

4.7 P.O. Box Shipping

SimpleObjectz will not ship to P.O. box addresses if our courier service partners do not accept these locations.

4.8 Items Out Of Stock

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

4.9 Cash on Delivery Orders

Our Customer Support team will call you back through an SMS or Automate Call to confirm the COD orders. We request you to accommodate them and confirm your order. In case you want to cancel your order at that time, please let customer support know and they will process the same for you.

For all COD orders, the courier company will collect the payment at the time of delivery before they hand over the package.  

COD orders are not eligible for refund. Replacement policy as stated above will still be applicable on all COD orders.

4.10 Package Damaged In Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please report to SimpleObjectz via info@simpleobjectz.com right away, and after an investigation into the matter, SimpleObjectz has the right to decide if the order is eligible for a refund or replacement.

4.11 Return to Origin

If for some reason the package was not delivered and if return to origin was initiated by our shipping partner, SimpleObjectz will be able to reship the order only after getting the original package and will update the shipping address if requested by the customer. In these situations, SimpleObjectz holds the right to decide if the order is eligible for refund or not.

Duties & Taxes
In general, the website shows all prices plus any applicable taxes. In addition to the duty, taxes and fees that a product will attract, these will be provided during the checkout and form part of the final cost of the order.

Cancellations
SimpleObjectz provides no question asked cancellation, if requested within 4 hours of placing the order. SimpleObjectz cannot cancel an order that is already processed or has already been dispatched.
