Returns & Replacement
At SimpleObjectz, we are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience for our customers. We offer a replacement guarantee if the product received is damaged or defective. To request a replacement, please contact us at info@simpleobjectz.com within 48 hours of your order being marked as delivered, and we will be happy to assist you.
Return & Replacement Eligibility
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement.
- Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange for a replacement.
- Missing Items: If any items from your order are missing, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
- Color Variation: Product or print colors may slightly differ due to screen brightness and resolution. Returns or replacements will not be accepted for minor color differences.
- Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product is disliked or if the wrong item was ordered by mistake.
- Custom Products: Customized products are not eligible for return or replacement unless they have a manufacturing defect. Print quality depends on the resolution of the uploaded image, and SimpleObjectz cannot guarantee HD prints.
- COD Orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a free replacement.
If required, SimpleObjectz may ask customers to return the item for inspection before processing a refund or replacement. If no issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled.
