SimpleObjectz ("we" and "us") operates https://www.simpleobjectz.com ("Website"). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a transparent and smooth shopping experience for our customers.
1. General
We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, in rare cases, stock discrepancies may occur, preventing us from fulfilling all items in your order. If this happens, we will ship the available products and contact you regarding the backordered item, offering the option to wait for restocking or receive a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available for orders within India when the order value is ₹399 or more.
- Orders Below ₹399: May incur an additional shipping charge, calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If COD is available for your item, an additional cash handling fee will apply.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 7 days. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during business hours (excluding national holidays).
3.2 Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment.
3.3 Domestic Transit Time
Most domestic shipments are delivered within 4-7 days. However, delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, lockdowns, or courier service delays.
3.4 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
3.5 Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us at info@simpleobjectz.com. After investigation, we will determine if your order qualifies for a refund or replacement.
3.6 Address Changes
You can request an address change before your order is dispatched by contacting us at info@simpleobjectz.com.
3.7 P.O. Box Shipping
We do not ship to P.O. box addresses if our courier partners do not support these locations.
3.8 Out of Stock Items
If any item in your order is out of stock, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to either wait for restocking or receive a refund.
3.9 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Our customer support team will confirm COD orders via SMS or automated call. Please respond to confirm or cancel the order.
- The courier company will collect payment at the time of delivery before handing over the package.
- COD orders are not eligible for refunds. However, our replacement policy applies to COD orders in case of a manufacturing defect or damage.
3.10 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged in transit, report it to us immediately at info@simpleobjectz.com. After investigation, we will determine if your order qualifies for a refund or replacement.
3.11 Return to Origin (RTO)
If a package is undelivered and returned to our warehouse, we can reship the order upon receiving the returned package. If needed, we can update the shipping address before reshipping. Refund eligibility for RTO cases will be determined by SimpleObjectz.
4. Duties & Taxes
- All displayed prices on our website include applicable taxes.
- If additional duties or fees apply, they will be shown at checkout and added to the final order value.
5. Order Cancellations
- We offer "No Questions Asked" cancellations within 4 hours of placing an order.
- Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be canceled.
